Line all valleys, chimneys, skylights, and other roof penetrations with Ice & Water shield Install starter, cap, and roof shingles per your selection Home owner to select color of your choice (subject to availability). Roof will be secu#e90e0e to protect against inclement weather at the end of each day. Replace all PVC plumbing boot covers and install U.V. guards. Step and counter flash all walls and chimneys as needed. Protect landscaping; Clean ground of debris, use magnetic bar to pick up nails. Clean out gutters. If gutter covers are installed, they must be removed prior to installation. Remove and dispose of waste materials from job. All shingle roof replacements come with 5 year labor warranty. We have mandatory safety training for our staff to ensure safe practices always. We don't want you to be personally liable should a worker happen to get injured therefore all of our employees and crews are insured. We carry two million liability insurance. We will likewise have support on-site to ensure that your home and property are being treated with the utmost care and that all materials and waste are cleaned up both as we work and upon completion.
